The official part of the meeting will start at 11am sharp, so please arrive 5 minutes ahead of time. There will then be an open forum, followed by a break for lunch.

Afternoon talk at 2pm with Dave Mason -‍ ‍Putting Our Code of Ethics into Practice
Our afternoon talk will build on the work that Dave Mason presented at the last in-person AGM around the potential for a Peer Review process. Although we appreciate that for some of us it doesn’t flag as the sexiest of topics, this will truly help us explore just how supportive our Code of Ethics and Practice can be for us!

What does it look like and feel like when we get it right - when we are confident, assured and consistent in our client relationships? What do we need to do to get us to this place? And how can others help us: maybe by spotting something we have missed or by recognising, acknowledging and helping us to see what we are doing well?

That's what this afternoon session will explore – the practices that are good and ways we can support each other to attain them.

We’ll have some breakout sessions and some group discussions. We know that you'll come out of it, not only reassured in how to respond in situations that could potentially cause you stress - on the outside chance that they were to happen - but also with a few more insights and a quieter confidence about your self in your practice.
